Personal Summary
A qualified and motivated Programme and Portfolio Manager, who is dedicated with a proven record of achievements. I would describe myself as being an adaptable and conscientious individual who is self-motivated and dedicated to my delivering outstanding results. I find pressurised positions both challenging and rewarding. I always ensure I effectively manage my time, workload and resources to ensure that deadlines are met, and budgets are delivered within tolerance. My experience as a PPPM has enabled me to engage and build relationships with my stakeholders, ensuring business strategic/outcomes are understood and translated through change into the business. I have excellent communication skills which help with working across the business being able to adapt and influence stakeholders – across all levels. I pride myself in strong interpersonal soft skills, being able to confidently work on client site(s) alone and as part of a team. Knowledge of structured Service Delivery through ITIL and PRINCE2 methodology, as well as adaptable to AGILE Approach delivery. Hands-on experience in managing both underperforming suppliers and bringing the best from staff. Leading project board meetings and delivery of end stage reports and regular updates to key stakeholders. Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with customers. Managing small or large teams, including remote personnel. Implementation and governance of Centres of Excellence.
